Work Engagement: Organizational Attribute or Personality Trait?

One of the most determining factors work performance is degree engagement people to their work. That influenced by both personal and organizational factors. The objective this research analyze connection between characteristics attributes with workers. sample consisted 286 employed workers; 83.5% were Spanish 16.5% belonged other Spanish-speaking countries. mean age was 44.51 years (SD = 8.76) 55.2% women. For prediction engagement, a hierarchical linear regression carried out, first introducing variables that evaluate (Big Five, entrepreneurial personality, emotional intelligence, happiness) and, later, relating (happiness climate).
